To help people while providing quality automotive advice, maintenance, and repair catered to their individual needs.
For many years, family and friends have hassled Corky to open an auto repair shop. Corky saw the need for honest mechanics in the valley so, in 2011, he opened Gere Auto Repair. Since the start, he vowed to provide loyal customer service, no matter the cost. People in the valley have been true to their requests, regularly making appointments while referring many more to our shop. It’s our customers that keep our shop going. We value and thank them for their commitment to Gere Auto.
We understand that each individual has a different vision for their vehicle. Our goal is to provide the best options and advice, as the customer has the final say. Needing your vehicle fixed can be stressful, and we aim to put customers at ease no matter how hard the job. You can count on us to provide quality customer service, as well as reliable auto repair. Rest assured knowing you will be satisfied with the care Gere Auto gives towards maintaining your vehicle.
Corky Gere has lived in the valley his whole life, though he only opened Gere Auto Repair, LLC in April of 2011. He is an experienced Master Technician, receiving multiple awards for his efforts. Corky's label of Master Technician is just passing 30 years, but he started working on cars as a hobby at 12 years old. When he isn't at work you can catch him playing bass, working out with his wife (a pro IPE bodybuilder), or telling jokes with his children. Corky is an awesome person to get to know with an amazing sense of humor and love for people in the Valley. It can be hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but Corky strives to work with honesty and humility.

Gere was great! Responsive, proactive. Explained all the repairs my 2002 Ford
F-150 (Lariat) with 185,000 miles needed, would need, needed but could wait.
It's bumper-to-bumper inspection with pictures is a great service; probably a great pre-buyer's inspection and
well worth the charge.
It's nice and comforting to find a good, reliable, and trustworthy place!

When the engine light comes on, the first step is retrieving the information behind it. This is always available during business hours without appointment.
